Return & Refund

At Wendy Kawaii, we aim to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled on demand through our print partner Printful, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the product. We will correct the error by sending the correct item at no additional cost.
Please note that claims must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
3. Reporting Issues
To report any issues with your order, please email us at info@wendykawaii.com and include the following details:
- Order number
- Photos of the item showing the damage or issue
- A description of the problem
Once we review your case, we will notify you about the next steps.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that were fulfilled correctly but are no longer wanted due to a change of mind
- Items returned due to incorrect sizing (please refer to our sizing chart carefully before purchasing)
5. Shipping Costs
In cases where a replacement is authorized, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
