Prices and charges
Product prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place your order. The final amount payable is displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms.

The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by location, device or order value. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.
Payment processing and security
Payments are processed by established third-party payment providers using encrypted connections. Wendy Kawaii does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Payment providers process your information under their own privacy and security terms.
When payment is taken
Payment may be authorised or collected when you place the order, depending on the payment method. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be accepted. We will contact you if further information is reasonably required to complete the order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for cancellation and refund rights.
Fraud prevention
Orders may be checked to prevent fraud and unauthorised payments. We may pause or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or cannot verify the transaction.
