  1. About us

Wendy Kawaii is an online shop operated by Wedyan Ibrahim Aloufi, a sole trader trading as Wendy Kawaii. Our address for correspondence and service of legal documents is 169B Junction Road, Archway, London, N19 5PZ, United Kingdom. Email: info@wendykawaii.com.

  1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through wendykawaii.com. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

  1. Products and product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Many items are produced to order by our fulfilment partners. A product being printed on demand does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights. Any item that is genuinely personalised or made to your individual specification will be clearly identified before purchase.

  1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order. Payment is processed securely by the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store complete payment card details.

  1. Orders and the contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement by email. A binding contract is formed when we accept and begin processing your order. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment received.

  1. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. We will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur; if a delay is substantial, you may contact us to discuss cancellation and a refund where applicable.

  1. Cancellation and returns

For most goods bought online, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other exceptions provided by law.

To cancel, email info@wendykawaii.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Further details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. Your remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are separate from the right to cancel.

  1. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will refund using the original payment method. Statutory refunds will be made within the periods required by law. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

  1. Intellectual property

The Wendy Kawaii name, artwork, designs, photographs and website content are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

  1. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

  1. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

  1. Complaints

Please contact info@wendykawaii.com first so we can try to resolve any complaint. You may also seek independent advice from Citizens Advice.

  1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.

  1. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to your order is the version available when you place that order.
